Q. & A.
Shipping
How long will it take to receive my parcel?
Depending on the volume of orders, I ship on Fridays.
- For items in stock:
With Bpost, parcels to Belgium take between 2 and 3 working days. For the rest of Europe, allow between 2 and 10 working days.
With Mondial Relay, allow 3 to 6 days.
My responsibility for delivery times is limited to the date on which the parcel is handed over to the carrier. I cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery.
For more informations, pllease visite the websites Bpost and Mondial Relay.
I'm not far from the workshop, can I order without paying shipping costs?
Yes, the “pick-up at the workshop” option is available as a delivery method when you finalize your order. As there is no delivery, you only pay the price of the item. However, you agree to collect your item from the workshop by your own means. As soon as your order has been confirmed, I will contact you to arrange a time and date for collection. Please note that if you don't show up at the appointed time without warning, I reserve the right to put the item back on sale without any refund.
Returns and exchanges
I do not accept returns or exchanges, except if the item ordered is damaged by the delivery or if the item received does not correspond to the item ordered. All claims must be made within three calendar days of receipt of the parcel. So don't delay in contacting me. I also ask for photos of the packaging and the item as soon as I open the parcel in case of a complaint (necessary if I have to file a complaint with the sender).

Orders
Can I place a custom order?
Of course! Just send me a message via the contact form. I'll get back to you as soon as possible to make your project a reality..
Please note that depending on the materials available and the stock at my disposal, custom orders may require a lead time of 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the techniques required. Please take this into consideration if you need the item by a specific date.
What can I order as a custom order?
Everything in the store can be adapted. Let your imagination run wild. Keep in mind that my working medium is paper/cardboard, or illustrations if you want an item that is not offered in the store.
Please note that I will not reproduce, in whole or in part, the work of any other artist or large commercial enterprise. So don't waste your time with copyrighted works. On the other hand, it's perfectly possible to create something inspired by a particular univer or technique.
