Frequently asked questions
If you hesitate or need inspiration, go to the "custom" area of the shop. Different shapes, materials and designs will be proposed to you in order to create your combination. When your choice is made, send it via the contact form. I will be happy to contact you.
Please note that depending on the materials available and the stock at my disposal, custom orders may require a delay of 2 to 4 weeks. Please take this into consideration if you need the item for a specific date.
I usually ship on friday but it can be earlier in the week if there are not too many orders. You will receive an e-mail when your order is shipped.

For in stock articles:
Bpost shipping takes 2-3 working days to Belgium. It will take 2-10 working days.
Mondial Relay takes 3-6 working days.

For custom orders:
Shipping time is the same. I ask you to wait 2-4 weeks once you're order is placed for me to create and ship it.
If you need you order for a specific date, please keep in mind that I do my best but you order may not arrive for that specific time if you don't place your order early enough.

Yes! When you confirm your order choose the "withdrawal in the workshop". Since there's no shipping method there will be no shipping fees. Then you commit to come by the workshop by your own means to withdraw your order. Once your order is placed I will contact you to set the appointment and give you the adress.
If you can't come and you don't notify me, Tetraghorn reserves the right to sell the article to another customer with no refund.
No return or exchange unless the article is damaged during transit or is not what you ordered. Each claim must be done within 3 working days after delivery. Don't wait too much before contacting me. I can't do anything if you don't send me pictures of the parcel after delivery and pictures of the article (in case I have to complain to the delivery service).
Not all materials are recycled but all the articles are made with recycled or natural materials and sustainable techniques. I constantly improve my techniques and "recipes" with the aim of reduce the need for industrial supplies.
Tetraghorn can't boast to create 100% compostable articles but tries to promote artwork that cares for our beautiful planet.
Saddly Tetraghorn doesn't have a stone facade but I hope this dream may one day become true !
